Mustard Sprouts
FACTS:
Mustard contains a high source of vitamin A, B complex, C, biotin, calcium, folic acid, potassium and manganese.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
A tangy addition to pocket bread or wraps , a little mayonnaise and some tomato and ham and you have a healthy quick lunch.
Mustard Sprout Dip
1 cup of mustard sprouts
1 cup of plain yoghurt
½ cup finely chopped spring onion
( or you can use onion sprouts instead)
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together and serve as a dip with vegetables or biscuits or on thin slices of heavy grain bread.
